You can see the breaker panel red backlighting on each breaker that is switched on…and, you can also see the red LED "down-lighting" that I added many years ago…
Regarding the red LED "down-lighting", which you can see as 4 distinctive red beams shinning down, they actually are not really tight beams, and do provide useable red light across half of the chart table at night……even without using the red Sodenberg chart light…
I have a heavy-duty "push-pull" switch for these lights, mounted immediately foreword of the E-80 radar/chartplotter, and immediately above the Sondenberg chart light…(see chrome knob)…this allows for easy lighting to be switched on whenever needed, no matter how fast asleep you were… :)
